This white chicken chilli recipe is one that is sure to please chilli lovers.
White Chicken Chilli Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
2 cloves of garlic
1 chopped onion
2 peeled diced carrots
500ml of chicken stock
1 sliced courgettes
3 dried red chilli
1 glass of red wine
1 sprig of rosemery
2 table spoons of dried oregano
1 knob of better
Place the butter in the pan and slowly brown the onions and garlic. Next add the chicken thighs and brown the skin.
Next add the remaining ingrediants, bring the pan slowly to the boil then turn down the heat, cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked and tender (4-5 hours), the longer the better. You may need to add more liquid (water to stock) depending on the size of your chicken thighs.
