I was blown away by a habanero sauce I had during a trip to Mexico a few years ago. Blisteringly hot yet full of the incredible flavour of the habaneros and freshness of the lime juice, this is one of those recipes that I always make for a summer bbq.

2009 Chilli Season Underway

Well usually at the ChilliKing our growing season starts some time in November. Unfortunately due to other projects we have not had a chance to get some seeds in the ground…..until now!
Here are the varieties we got under way yesterday:

Orange Habanero
Chocolate Habanero
Aurora
Tabasco
Bulgarian Carrots
Scotch bonnet
Jalapeno
