This great recipe was sent in by Jez Thorp as part of our chilli recipe competition. I’ve wanted to make some beetroot chutney for a while now so i’ll be sure to give this a go. It should make a nice change from our regular standard chilli chutney recipe.

This is one of the simplest and nicest dishes found in South India. Pachadi is a simple dish whos base ingrediant is yogurt. The recipe below can be varied by substituting the beetroot for apple or pineapple.
Pachadi Ingredients
3 boiled beetroots
1 tsp Ginger
