Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

This slow cooker chilli recipe is such a simple recipe but one that is extremely versatile. You can pretty much add anything you like, simply add all the ingrediant to the pan and slowly cook!

Ingredients:

2 tins of diced tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of water
5 peeled diced carrots
6 diced potatoes
2 sliced courgettes
3 dried red chilli
1 glass of red wine
1 sprig of rosemery
meat of you choice
2 table spoons of dried oregano

Method:

Simply place the above ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on a low heat for around 8 hours. Season well with salt and pepper prior to serving.

This dish works great as a vegetarian dish or if you like simply add some chicken breasts (cut into strips) or diced beef.
